We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands on Operations Assistant to join our wonderful client, one of the most successful specialist Fintech Recruitment businesses in the world. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the current Operations Manager across back office support, including operations, office management and HR with huge scope for learning, development and progression. The Operations Assistant will be based in fabulous offices in the City of London (Fenchurch Street) with a vibrant team of 30. Initially 1 day working from home increasing to 2 after probationary period.

Operations Assistant duties will include:

  • Working closely with the Operations Manager, CEO and MD
  • Formatting and uploading CVs on the database
  • Filing of compliance packs and client terms
  • Organising events and trips for consultants
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Website maintenance
  • Managing IT systems support and mobile phone set up
  • Contractor on-boarding
  • Contributing towards the company Diversity & Inclusion quarterly newsletter 
  • Posting on the company Linkedin page
  • Reading through company and client contracts
  • HR duties, setting up new company employees etc.

Ideal candidates will be proactive, outgoing and passionate with a strong work ethic. You must have 1-2 years’ experience working in an office and have a real muck in attitude with a desire to learn.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, Fridays 8.30am-5pm with 1 day working from home. Benefits include; discretionary bonus, pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, team events
