We are excited to be working with an award winning recruitment company who is looking for a PA to support one of the Co-Founders, whilst also having the opportunity to be involved with the wider business day to day. Based in fabulous offices in London Bridge, you will be joining a fun, energetic, yet professional and hardworking team of 11. The company is incredibly supportive of individual growth and development, so they will nurture your individual talents to ensure you progress in the right direction.

PA duties to Co-Founder will include;

  • Diary management
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Organising team events
  • All admin duties; data entry, uploading records, updating files, preparing documents etc.
  • Business development research
  • Supporting with the development of company culture
  • Ad hoc duties

Ideal candidates will be positive, self-starters with high energy who enjoy talking to all levels of people and have the ability to keep team spirits high! The working culture is formal and professional, but the company culture is more relaxed and fun. It is important candidates have excellent written and communication skills, and work to high standards.

Salary is £22,500 gross per annum with excellent benefits; brand new MAC computer, 10% company bonus, pension, 24 days holiday plus time off between Christmas and New Year. If company targets are hit (which they usually are!), then you’ll go on fabulous lunches and trips away with the team! Flexible working is offered with Mondays and Tuesdays working from home.
