We are looking for a PA to support a VP and General Counsel at a leading luxury hospitality firm. Based in very smart offices, the PA must have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a PA with a superb attention to detail as part of the role will include preparing and editing legal documents and presentations. Our client offers a generous benefits package and a good work life balance. There is a great team of PAs who all cover each other and help out when required, so there is a strong support network in place. The team are delightful and the VP and General Counsel are both charming and used to utilising a PA, working together as a team.
The ideal PA will have a minimum of five years previous secretarial experience, ideally from within a law firm, corporate law department or professional services firm. We are looking for a PA with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour and excellent MS office skills.
The PA will be required to manage diary and international travel requirements, prepare itineraries, take notes in meetings, compose, type, and transmit correspondence, manage specific projects, maintain contacts, manage expenses, assist with research and support the legal team as required with basic admin.
