Are you a positive and professional receptionist looking to work at a boutique finance firm? Based in Mayfair offices, we are looking for a lovely receptionist, confident at working as part of a team with a can-do attitude. As well as being the first point of contact, we are looking for a receptionist who can assist with all basic admin as well as working closely with the Office Manager. Based in the main office with everyone else and not alone on a reception desk, the successful candidate will be required to sort the post, do filing and scanning, update the database, book travel and couriers, manage office supplies, assist with expenses and help with office events. We are ideally looking for a Receptionist who has some proven previous office experience and who is looking for a front of house role they can really make their own. This role would suit a polished and well-spoken candidate who is happy mucking in and working as part of a fun and young team.
