We are looking for an Administrator to fill a 3- 6 month contract at a technology company. Based working from home, this role is for an Administrator who is currently available immediately and who can commit to the entire length of the 3 – 6 month booking. The successful candidate must be tech savvy and comfortable using Excel and Microsoft teams. Our client has a super team ethos and are looking for a proactive and professional Administrator who can hit the ground running and support across the business wherever required.
Typical duties will include; general data entry, updating data in Excel, data migration and cleansing, invoicing, proofreading documents, diary managing and meeting scheduling. There may be the opportunity for the administrator role to become permanent at the end of the booking at which point you would be based part time from the Central London offices.
