An exciting fin-tech firm based in the centre of Soho are looking for an Operations Assistant to join their small, but growing team.
This is a great Operations Assistant role for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual. The Operations Assistant role is varied; you will assist with managing the administrative responsibilities associated with the investment process, working within a tight-knit, friendly team. The key duties will include proof reading, formatting documents and preparing templates, processing expenses, updating company software and CRM system, maintaining the filing of all investment & legal documentation, supporting with the maintenance of Companies House & HMRC records, preparing and formatting presentations, event support, assisting with the website, diary management, arranging meetings, booking travel and general office administration.
We are looking for an Operations Assistant who has strong academics behind them; graduate calibre with 1 – 2 years of previous office experience. The successful Operations Assistant will be highly organised, accurate and a team player.
