EA supporting high profile Peer

This is a special role for an Executive Assistant looking to support a high profile Peer. Working alongside another EA, this role would suit someone who has substantial experience working with HNWI’s, politicians and higher education institutions, and extensive experience working as a top-level EA to a Director or Chief Executive.

Typical duties will include:

  • Complex diary management, travel logistics and briefings
  • Managing correspondence
  • Liaising with the Senior Management Committee
  • Acting as first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling any financial transactions
  • Providing administrative support as required for events and projects
  • Liaising with other government, charitable and education bodies

The successful Executive Assistant must have strong literacy and numeracy skills, have experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information, have an excellent command of the English language and the ability to understand and convey information in a clear and accurate manner both orally and in writing, and the ability to draft correspondence and other documents.
