We are working on an exciting new Sales Administrator role at a London based design firm. Based in a small Battersea office, the successful candidate will be required to communicate with clients on a daily basis and assist with general office admin.

 Typical duties will include:

  • Ordering stock
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure goods arrive on time
  • Organise delivery and collection dates with customers
  • Closely track and monitor arrival dates of incoming stock
  • Answer and distribute incoming phone calls
  • Assist with quotes
  • Organise daily incoming & outgoing post
  • Manage showroom sample stock levels
  • Manage showroom display stock levels
