We are working with the most lovely Venture Capital firm who really focused on issues around climate change. One of their core value is to make a real difference and are focused in growing in the right way by backing the right companies who make a meaningful impact. The company is based in smart Mayfair offices and the Executive Assistant role is supporting the Founder with his business and personal life as well as the small Senior Leadership Team.

Typical Executive Assistant duties will include:

  • Coordinate daily calendars of senior management
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and clients
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Plan and manage appointments and events
  • Track and submit invoices
  • Facilitate internal communication
  • Create regular reports
  • Assist with HR (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Assist in payroll preparation
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Order office supplies

Our client offer hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 home based and working hours are 9am – 5.30pm. The work life balance is respected plus 23 days holiday.

This will be the only Executive Assistant support in the office so we are looking for someone who can enhance the culture, drive social gatherings and be a real team player.

The successful Executive Assistant must have proven work experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant and ideally from within the financial services sector.
