PA / Office Manager, Mayfair Private Equity

A fabulous PA / Office Manager opportunity has arisen at one of our most exciting private real estate investment clients, based in a stunning Mayfair location.  Due to further expansion plans this PA / Office Manager role will allow you to get involved in all aspects of the day to day running of this social boutique finance business and will offer you all the training needed to excel.  So if the PA / Office Manager type roles appeal to you and you are looking for a company which will provide excellent support and future opportunities please get in touch straight away!  As the PA / Office Manager you do not need extensive office experience but be bright, eager to learn, hands on, proactive with a positive and can-do attitude.

Duties will include diaries and travel management, expenses, assisting with events, managing and preparing meeting rooms, ordering of office supplies including Ocado order and general HR administration.

9-5pm, 25 days holiday + closed between Xmas-New Year, pension, Private Healthcare, bonus,  young and social team, plenty of scope to make your own and develop.
