The PA / Office Manager will be responsible for a team of twelve and providing PA support to the Managing Directors. This is a one year contract and typical PA duties will include; scheduling meetings, diary management, booking travel, producing documents, correspondence, managing expenses and all typical admin. On the office management side, duties will include; liaising with suppliers, dealing with the post, welcoming guests to the office, managing any maintenance, IT, marketing, HR and finance.
We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Office Manager who is proficient with Microsoft office skills and who can proactively manage the day to day running of the office whilst ensuring the Managing Director’s lives run as smoothly as possible.
