Our client, a small and friendly private equity company based in a fabulous West End location are looking for an exceptional PA / Team Assistant to help out in all areas across the business.  This varied and exciting PA / Team Assistant position will give you the real opportunity to make it your own and will allow you to add immediate value to the team.  The successful PA / Team Assistant will have bags of initiative with a firm but engaging personality and thrive in a team environment.  Huge potential to make this PA / Team Assistant into a senior role.

PA / Team Assistant duties will include diaries, scheduling meetings, and travel management for senior management; supporting Company’s in-house legal Counsel and liaising with external advisors; organising overseas events including Board meetings; finance administration; managing social events and assisting with the smooth running of the office.

This would suit a proactive and hands on PA / Team Assistant looking for that extra responsibility and scope with solid PA experience behind them.  Fabulous team to work for and exceptional benefits which include 25 days holiday, 10% pension, healthcare, life insurance + income protection, bonus, STL and 9.30-5.30pm office hours.
