A fabulous part-time Facilities Coordinator is required for one of our most prestigious investment houses, based in beautiful Mayfair offices (4 days a week). This part-time Facilities Coordinator will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service within a busy boutique office environment. This Facilities Coordinator whilst working autonomously, must also be a team player within the wider property team and have the ability to develop excellent relationships with both HNW internal and external stakeholders. Facilities Coordinator duties will include, daily management of outsourced soft services; procurement of office supplies; facility expenses/budget; management of Health & Safety within the building; main point of contact for our portfolio of tenants; conduct workstation assessments for staff and maternity risk assessments.
This Facilities Coordinator role is highly visible and as such you will need to be professional, immaculately presented and have experience of dealing with high profile individuals.
£30,000-35,000 salary (pro-rata), 10% pension, 26 days holiday, bonus, friendly, family feel culture.
