EA to support CEO of non-profit organisation

A fantastic opportunity to support the CEO of a non-profit, voluntary, social enterprise based in Bromley, South East London. This EA will understand the responsibilities, needs and priorities of the CEO and create the time and space needed to focus on the most critical demands of the organisation.

The successful EA will be forward thinking and demonstrate a high level of organisation and adaptability. This EA will take the actions required to effectively leverage the CEO's time and ensure efficient and effective management of the flow of work.

We are looking for an EA who is well-presented and takes a professional approach to support the CEO with business, private and personal affairs. This EA should be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented.

This EA role requires both breadth and depth of experience, knowledge and skills in business administration, project and budget management, marketing and communications and proficient in the use of software and technology.

Typical EA duties will include:

  • Complex diary management
  • Booking all travel, accommodation and transfers
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing actions produced from meetings
  • Helping to prepare reports
  • Collaborate and assist the CEO to manage and run various charities and youth groups
  • Personal affairs and requirements
  • Assisting with interviewing, hiring and training staff
  • Induction of new recruits
  • Working collaboratively on projects
  • Responsible for marketing and communications
  • Drafting of new policies and procedures

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with the option of flexi-working and flexi start-time after probation.
