We are looking for a bright and dynamic Office Assistant to support 2 charming founders of a boutique investment management firm, based in South Kensington. The role will be working in a small team and will include all areas of administration support, predominantly business with ad hoc personal. The company offers flexible working with the option of 1 day at home to begin with. 

Typical Office Assistant duties will include:

  • Booking international travel
  • Accommodation rental
  • Insurance & Subscription renewals
  • Projects as required such as sale of art work
  • Managing the office diary to help the team stay on top of regulatory/financial reporting and general office deadlines
  • Ensuring that company contracts and insurance policies are renewed in a timely manner and at the best price possible
  • Liaising with external vendors and suppliers
  • Dealing with website, email, and telephone enquiries
    • Minute taking/meeting management
    • Office supplies
    • Landlord liaison

The ideal Office Assistant should be independent and forward thinking with the ability to be one step ahead at all times. This candidate should have excellent communication skills, be pro-active and adaptable. In addition to this, this Office Assistant  should have effective time management and organisational skills with the proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks.
