A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join a small financial services firm based in fantastic offices next to Bank station. Our client is offering hybrid working for this Administrator role, with 3 days office and 2 days from home, so it is important this Administrator is capable of working independently with effective time management skills. We are looking for an Administrator with the proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks, and who is happy to crack on from the get-go. This Administrator will be handling the operational side of project management through the use of budget management tools to assist with reporting, time billing, budgeting and raising invoices. Other Administrator duties will include preparing and formatting PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, diary and meeting management and ad hoc Office Manager duties. This Administrator will also communicate directly with clients so attention to detail and impeccable verbal/written communication is key.
