We have just taken on an exciting new Office Manager/PA role at a private equity backed renewable energy company based in Victoria. As the Office Manager/PA you will be an essential part of the team, with offices already in Spain and Italy, we are looking for an Office Manager/PA to join and help implement the scale up of the London Office. Due to their primary markets operating in Spain and Italy, our client needs a Spanish speaking Office Manager/PA who is ready to hit the ground running and really make this role their own. As the Office Manager/PA in this forward thinking and rapidly expanding business you will wear many hats and flexibility is key. As this company is at it’s scale up stage, this Office Manager/PA role will offer plenty of potential to get involved in all aspects of the business. Typical duties for this Office Manager/PA role will include but not be limited to:

  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Booking of travel and accommodation
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Basic administration
  • Phone management
  • Ad hoc personal duties
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Oversee the day-to-day smooth running of the office
  • Liaising with suppliers such as IT and cleaning staff
  • Managing expenses
  • Inducting and on-boarding new starters
  • Assist with general HR duties such as appraisals and reviews
  • Ensuring pay roll is up to date

The ideal Office Manager/PA will be a multi-tasker who is highly organised, reliable, pro-active and who can remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will have 2+ years’ experience within an Office Manager role, and have a flexible, positive and upbeat personality. Our client is offering a competitive salary, flexible working, 25 days holiday, pension, and a discretionary bonus, with core hours of 9am – 5.30pm.
