A boutique property firm based in the heart of Mayfair are looking for an Office Administrator to join their small, yet growing team. This is a fantastic Office Administrator role that will suit a highly organised and enthusiastic individual, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This Office Administrator role is varied; you will be responsible for all administrative duties associated to their customer’s journey, from start to finish. Key responsibilities will include updating and maintaining master documents, tracking progress of projects, generating quotes, preparing supporting documents, helping with the procurement of materials, liaising with suppliers, creating invoices and raising purchase order, and other general office administration. As this Office Administrator role will be client facing, it is vital that this individual has a professional telephone manner, with a confident and friendly personality. The successful Office Administrator will have strong written and communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to take initiative on their own.
