This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and reliable Executive Assistant to support the COO and Deputy COO at the heart of a leading higher education institute. This Executive Assistant role is integral to the successful running of the Executive Office and the complex portfolio of the COO, therefore requiring an experienced and professional team player to provide an outstanding level of administrative support. Joining a hardworking and tight-knit team in their lovely open plan offices, this Executive Assistant role will require a high level of intuition, proactiveness and strong communication. As the Executive Assistant to the COO and Deputy COO, this role will involve diary management, arranging meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes, liaising with other Board members, arranging travel, drafting correspondence and more. This role supports two impressive, high profile and expert individuals in their field, requiring an Executive Assistant who has a confident yet calm approach to a very busy environment, able to demonstrate excellent standards of professionalism and relationship management.
This role will suit an Executive Assistant who has prior experience supporting at C-suite level, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good energy!
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm. Our client is offering hybrid working requiring 3 days in the office (and sometimes less!)
