After we’ve consulted with you, we’ll take a look at our temp candidate pool and start compiling a shortlist. Depending on timescales, we’ll also advertise the opportunity to our temp staffing network through our website and other channels.
We rigorously screen all temp candidates before introducing them to our clients. As well as verifying identification, checking eligibility to work and assessing CVs, our face-to-face interview process involves competency-based questioning.
