Auria Heanley - Director and Co-Founder

With a recruitment career spanning over 20 years, Auria Heanley is one of the most experienced voices in the London business support market. She began her trajectory in 2000, quickly rising to manage a high-volume team of 15 consultants within a leading national recruitment firm in Canary Wharf. This early experience in one of the world’s most demanding financial hubs provided the foundation for her deep understanding of fast-paced, high-stakes hiring.

Auria then transitioned into the boutique West End market, where she specialized in HR and secretarial search. It was during her tenure at a specialist London consultancy that she met her co-founder, Olivia Coughtrie; together, they identified a gap in the market for a more personalized, service-led approach, leading to the launch of Oriel Partners in 2018.

Beyond the office, Auria is a sought-after commentator on workplace trends and recruitment ethics, with her expert insights featured in The Guardian, Glamour Magazine, and The Huffington Post. At Oriel Partners, she directs the firm’s strategic growth while maintaining a "hands-on" approach to senior-level searches within the property, luxury retail, and creative sectors.

Olivia Coughtrie - Director and Co-Founder

Prior to co-founding Oriel Partners in 2018, Olivia was an Associate Director at a boutique, West End secretarial agency where she worked for almost 7 years, focusing on senior level briefs across all industry sectors. Olivia managed the permanent team and was integral to the expansion of the business during her time there.

She is well known for her direct and honest approach and has many exclusive partnerships with her global clients. Olivia concentrates on the finance, executive search and consulting sectors and specialises on the more senior, C-level roles.

Olivia lives in Berkshire with her three children, having been brought up in Dorset. She was educated at Sherborne School for Girls and graduated with a Business degree in 2008.
