Welcome to the PA Podcast hosted by Olivia Coughtrie, one of our two Co-founders. Oriel Partners was launched with the aim of providing the highest quality of service to both our clients and candidates following three main values; Honest, Kind and Fun. Providing an honest and transparent service to our clients, to be kind and helpful to our candidates and to have fun in the office, in a supported working environment. Part of the reason for launching the business was to inspire others and hence this PA podcast has been launched!
In series 1, Olivia has interviewed a number of successful PAs, across a variety of industry sectors to provide current industry knowledge, explain how they got to where they are today, and discuss the skills required to be successful in their roles.
In season 2, Olivia changed the focus from the PA to the employer and turned the conversation around to what it is they look for when hiring, as well as understanding what PAs have gone on to do within different sectors. By speaking to a number of senior professionals, Olivia has had fascinating conversations to allow the listener to gain a deeper understanding of that area in business and explore whether it may be of interest to them.
