Next, we’ll consult with our team and start to create a shortlist of potential candidates. We will have a couple of EAs from our network in mind already and we’ll always advertise the role in a way that will attract the best and most appropriate talent.

What sets Oriel Partners apart from other executive assistant recruitment agencies in London?

Unlike some other executive assistant recruitment agencies, we don't take a “salesy” approach to EA recruitment and value quality over quantity. As such, we’ll endeavor to only introduce you to candidates we genuinely think will excel in the role itself and the company more widely.

Do you recruit for temporary as well as permanent EA roles?

We recruit for temporary, contract and permanent executive assistant roles. We also recruit at different levels, and can help you fill a position for an interim period while we work together to find an excellent permanent candidate for the role.

I require an executive assistant immediately — how quickly can you find me one?

Owing to our extensive network of EAs, we should be able to locate suitable candidates and get them interviewing within the week. That said, we don’t play the “numbers game” and would never match you with candidates we didn’t think would be a good fit.
