Our client is looking for a confident and ambitious Office Manager to join their young and dynamic team, based out of their new office near Luton. As the Office Manager, you will be a key member of the team, being a go-to person in this busy and fast-paced environment, where culture and collaboration lie at the heart of the business. This a new position within the team, therefore offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to make a positive impact and to really shape the role going forward. The role will be varied day to day and typical duties will include management of supplier relationships, supporting with H&S, managing office stock and equipment, organising Board meetings and preparing meeting rooms, reception duties acting as the first point of contact for any visitors the office, facilities management, and dealing with enquiries via email and phone, as well as organising open days. As this is a new role, new policies and procedures will need to be implemented, so we are looking for an Office Manager who has had similar experience in building new systems and can hit the ground running! This role will very much grow over time, so the Office Manager will need to be confident in multiple moving parts and wearing many hats. Acting as a right hand to the Operations Team, this role provides the successful candidate with fantastic progression opportunities.  

This role is full time office based, from 7.15am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
