We are searching for an experienced Office Manger to join the dynamic team of a prestigious boutique finance firm located in the vibrant heart of the West End to contribute to their continued success. As the Office Manager, you'll step into a pivotal role within the company, supporting the dedicated team with your exceptional organisational skills and unwavering positive attitude. Working in modern open-plan offices, the Office Manager is vital to ensuring smooth operational processes and provide outstanding support across various functions.
This role is tailor-made for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the linchpin of the office, managing multiple tasks effortlessly and maintaining composure even during the busiest of times. From overseeing office operations to managing facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, the Office Manager will have a diverse array of responsibilities to keep you engaged and challenged.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your versatility by providing light PA support to the Founder, assisting with event management, and serving as a welcoming point of contact for visitors. Core hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm (an element of flexibility is required dependant on meeting times)
