We are seeking a Private PA for a highly successful economist, analyst, author and neuromarketing consultant within the luxury and beauty industry, who also heads up a leading global skincare business and family charity.
Acting as a true right-hand support, you will be assisting 70% on the private side and 30% on the business side, working in collaboration with a Business EA and Chief of Staff. Based predominantly from the Principal’s home in Central London (with flex to work from home 2 days a week when the Principal is London based), and one week a month from their home in New York (you would be put up in a local hotel whilst here), you must be open to travel, often at short notice.
Helping to ensure the smooth running of the Principal’s private life, allowing them to be their best self, duties will include; gatekeeping, diary, meeting, inbox and document management, household management (bills, insurance, inventories etc.), liaising with staff (including a housekeeper in Mayfair and NY), a team in the US, and investors, general admin support and research, assisting with reservations, deliveries and events, running private errands and any ad hoc private tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, or if not secretarially trained, with previous private PA experience.
