This role will be working alongside two founding partners, assisting them with all the administration that comes with starting up a business. It is a temporary position with a view to go permanent down the line where the role will adapt and change as the company grows. They are looking for someone who can work quickly and efficiently, with knowledge of both start-ups and the financial services industry.
What you’ll do:
- Complex diary management – juggling 2 ever changing schedules
- Travel coordination
- Data entry
- Research and reporting
- Internal and external communication
- Assisting with adhoc startup administration
- Marketing assistance
Who you are:
- A proactive EA with prior experience
- A detailed orientated person with a high attention to detail
- Someone with prior experience working with a start up
- Someone with a prior knowledge of the financial services industry
- Someone cool, calm and collected with common sense
