High end Harley Street clinic with HNW/VIP patients are looking for a Receptionist/patient co-ordinator. This is potentially a wide ranging role supporting many different aspects of the practice, including managing all the appointments, looking after the patients, assisting with their Social Media campaigns and their Instagram account, producing short films, liaising with their PR agency. This is an ideal opportunity for either a graduate first jobber with some 5 star hospitality experience or a Receptionist looking for a role to transition into PA/Co-ordinator. You will work closely with the Director of the clinic who handles all their marketing and also their Treatment Co-ordinator. It is important the Receptionist/PA is presents the right image for their VIP clientele, is well spoken and understands the expectations for a very warm and friendly welcome.
