Office Manager for Luxury Brand

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the smooth running of the office, managing front-of-house, acting as the central liaison between departments, and overseeing facilities, HR processes, and health & safety compliance.

You’ll need to be highly organised, approachable, and calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once. This is a role for someone who thrives working autonomously—no hand holding here—and who brings strong office management experience within a professional, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the smooth running of a busy office
  • Managing the front of house team
  • Liaising with all departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Managing facilities, suppliers and office upkeep
  • Supporting HR-related administration and onboarding
  • Maintaining health & safety protocols and compliance
  • Acting as the go-to person for any office-related needs

 

Who you are

  • A seasoned Office Manager with proven experience in a standalone role
  • Confident working autonomously with minimal guidance
  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Approachable, professional, and a natural communicator
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of facilities, HR processes, and health & safety
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and always one step ahead
  • Comfortable being the go-to person and wearing many hats
  • Polished and presentable as you will be the face of the office
