Part-Time Office and Marketing Manager

Luxury Retail, Hospitality & International Fit-Out Projects
Location: Hybrid – 1 day/week in Central London office, 1–2 days remote
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 pro rata
Hours: 2–3 days per week, flexible working hours
Benefits: 25 days holiday (pro rata) + public holidays + August & Christmas shutdowns, private medical cover

About Us

We are a specialist project and cost management consultancy delivering high-end fit-outs for luxury retail, restaurants, and hotels. With 50% of our projects based internationally, we work with some of the world’s most prestigious brands and travel frequently to ensure excellence on-site.

Our team is led by three experienced Partners who are now seeking a proactive and capable Office and Marketing Manager to take ownership of our business administration and marketing coordination.

 
 

The Role

This is a newly created, flexible part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Business Administration

  • Manage billing and invoicing processes
  • Track project progress and maintain internal records
  • Coordinate travel bookings and expense tracking (as needed)
  • General administrative support to the Partners

Marketing & Communications

  • Maintain and update the company website with new case studies and project photos
  • Coordinate and post regular updates on LinkedIn
  • Organise bi-monthly breakfast events with key partners and clients
  • Support the Partners in executing marketing initiatives
 
 

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organised and self-motivated, able to work under direction and independently
  • Pragmatic and mature, with a “get stuff done” attitude
  • Comfortable operating outside their comfort zone and adapting to new challenges
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ideally experienced in a similar role within a creative, design, or construction-related industry
