Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing boutique consultancy firm located in Central London. As leaders in the industry, they are dedicated to providing innovative solutions that contribute to a sustainable future. Their offices are currently near Piccadilly but they will soon be moving to a newly built office with a roof terrace, gym and lots of other perks. They are seeking a dynamic and friendly Office Manager / PA to be in the office for 4 mornings/week. As the Office Manager / PA you will play a vital role in maintaining the office culture and ensuring smooth operations. We are looking for a driven, organized, and friendly Office Manager / PA who enjoys being the go-to person in the office and working in a small tight-knit team. Typical Office Manager / PA responsibilities include:

  • Manage office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming environment
  • Provide personal assistance to senior executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks
  • Foster a positive and collaborative office culture
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Assist with basic financial and bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions.
