We are working an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and adaptable EA to support the two Founders of a rapidly expanding e-commerce furniture brand. Based across multiple locations, including Kettering in Northamptonshire, Coventry, and London, this role demands a EA with a proven track record in both business and private support. This EA role offers an incredible opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving e-commerce brand while supporting the personal needs of its visionary leaders.
Typical EA responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with property renovation and snagging, liaising with contractors
- Scheduling meetings and events
- Running personal errands
- Overseeing office administration
- Facilitating the purchase and setup of London property
- Supporting in recruitment efforts for both office and household staff
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the Principals, ensuring seamless daily operations
- Liaising with household staff
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
- UK Driving License
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to the USA
- Passion for animals, particularly dogs and cats
- Demonstrated experience as a PA at a senior level
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Previous experience supporting in both business and private capacities
