We're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager at a boutique financial services firm nestled in the heart of the City. You'll be joining a close-knit team of approximately 10 individuals, contributing to a diverse range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks. We're seeking an experienced Office Manager with 5+ years experience in a similar role, with a financial/professional services background. This Office Manager role requires adaptability and a proactive mindset, coupled with strong organizational abilities and a knack for swiftly grasping new processes.

As the Office Manager, you'll be at the helm of operational management, overseeing various tasks including facilities management, H&S compliance, ordering office supplies, database maintenance, meeting room coordination, security management, event planning such as the annual staff party, as well as ad hoc EA support for the CEO & CFO.

Core working hours are 9am-6pm. Benefits include annual discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare, office gym, and pension.
