We are working with a fast-growing company that specialises in organic household products that was founded during the lockdown period and has rapidly expanded since its inception. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic EA to provide comprehensive support to the two Co-CEOs, assisting in both business and private matters. With the opportunity to work from home, this fluid EA role would suit a senior EA who is used to organising every aspect of their boss’s life, who can hold their own but also be resourceful and accommodating. This is an extremely varied EA role, with plenty of autonomy and scope, where you will act as a true right hand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organize the Co-CEOs' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Arranging travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodation
  • Handling various administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, expense reports, and filing systems
  • Coordinating personal tasks and errands, and organizing personal appointments
  • Acting as a liaison between the Co-CEOs and internal/external stakeholders
  • Providing ad-hoc support and assistance on special projects as needed


  • 4+ years’ experience as an EA in a similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a collaborative team player
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
