A dynamic tech start-up is seeking a highly capable EA to support its visionary Founder/CEO. Joining a close-knit team of circa 10 employees, you will be based in an exceptional co-working space in the heart of Belgravia. The team thrives on a young, entrepreneurial culture with a flat organisational structure. As the EA, you will play a crucial role in managing the fast-paced and diverse needs of the Founder/CEO. This position requires an EA who excels at multitasking, prioritising tasks, and embracing a wide range of responsibilities with enthusiasm.
Key responsibilities include efficiently managing the CEO's diary and inbox, coordinating complex travel itineraries, overseeing operational management of the team, and providing light-touch office management. Additionally, you will assist with setting up international offices, with potential travel opportunities. On the personal side, this EA will support the CEO's family with various duties such as scheduling medical appointments, liaising with insurers, and coordinating with medical professionals, as well as organising personal holidays, household maintenance, and managing personal appointments and restaurant bookings. The ideal EA will be a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of humour, capable of seamlessly handling both business and personal tasks, and willing to "roll up their sleeves" and tackle tasks of any size.
Core working hours are 9am – 5.30pm, benefits include discretionary bonus, healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and pension.
