We are delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to join a prestigious investment firm based in Mayfair. This role involves supporting a Managing Director and a small team while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the London office. You’ll work alongside another EA in a collaborative environment, with excellent benefits and the chance to secure a long-term position in a company that values its employees. The ideal EA will be proactive and experienced, with a background in the financial services sector. This busy and varied EA role will suit a candidate who is tech-savvy and confident with modern tools and software, as well as highly organised with exceptional time management and attention to detail. EA Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries.
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, including creating itineraries.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings.
  • Preparing and processing expense reports.
  • Overseeing inbox management and correspondence.
  • Liaising with facilities and managing building maintenance.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • Supporting ad hoc project management tasks.

This is a full-time, office-based role, with core hours of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Benefits include annual discretionary bonus, private healthcare and pension.
