We are seeking a polished, driven, and resourceful EA to support the entrepreneurial Founder of a growing boutique private equity firm. With an international presence and a beautifully appointed office in the heart of Mayfair, the business is at an exciting inflection point, professionalising its structure and scaling operations globally. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal EA role that combines high-level executive support with exposure to the inner workings of a dynamic, expanding investment firm.
As the EA, you’ll be the Founder’s right hand - managing a busy and ever-changing schedule, coordinating global travel, preparing agendas and board packs, and acting as a trusted liaison with key stakeholders. This EA will be a natural gatekeeper, confidently filtering priorities and ensuring the Founder is always operating at maximum efficiency. Your professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion will be second to none, and you'll thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
We're looking for an EA who is switched-on, ambitious, and unflappable - someone who relishes a fast pace and is always willing to go the extra mile. Fluency in a second language, ideally Portuguese or French, is strongly preferred given the firm’s global footprint. As the business continues to grow, so too will your role, with a potential trajectory towards a Chief of Staff position for the right candidate.
Working hours are 9am–6pm, with flexibility required outside of these hours, particularly when the Founder is travelling. Competitive benefits package, including a discretionary annual bonus, and the opportunity to travel.
