This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a professional environment, delivering exceptional first impressions and ensuring the smooth daily running of front-of-house services. As the face of Chambers, you will be the first point of contact for clients, members, and visitors, offering a warm, professional welcome and maintaining a polished, efficient reception area.
This Receptionist will report to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include managing meeting room bookings and refreshments, handling incoming calls and messages, coordinating post and couriers, maintaining office supplies, and supporting general administration. You will also assist with light marketing tasks and basic facilities management, such as access control and issue reporting. The ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and present yourself in a confident and friendly manner is essential.
