We’re working with a forward-thinking global energy company to find a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their London team. This is a varied and pivotal Office Manager role, supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the London office while also offering direct support to senior leadership. The company is fast-paced, innovative, and values a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

As Office Manager, you'll take ownership of facilities and office services, liaise with building management, coordinate health and safety measures, manage suppliers and budgets, and oversee the full office experience for staff and visitors alike. Alongside the EA, you’ll also support the CFO and CEO with executive assistance and help organise Board and Committee meetings, liaising with venues, managing logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. It is essential that this Office Manager is a confident communicator, as you’ll interact with people at all levels and be a central point of contact across the team.
