A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a remote Family Office Administrator to join a small Family Office supporting an UHNWI and their family. This is a brand new role where you will work with a friendly, close knit team of 2, to ensure all aspects of the Principal’s life run smoothly. The role will be 75% personal duties and will suit an experienced, reliable and trustworthy Family Office Administrator who has previously supported an UHNWI and therefore understands the unique lifestyle, and high level of discretion required.

Administrative duties will include; diary management, arranging global travel, organising events, property management; including liaising with accountants, household staff, handling insurances, maintenance, project managing renovations etc. You will also be responsible for overseeing all financial and tax aspects which will involve; liaising with and being the point of contact for banks and other financial institutions, tax returns, invoicing, expenses, document management and record keeping for tax records and certificates, asset schedules and so on.

Minimum 5 years' experience working for a Family Office/UHNWI.

Working hours are flexible Monday-Friday (depending on schedule)
Occasional travel
