Hybrid Working
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an energetic, hard-working, experienced individual who has experience supporting individuals in a business and personal capacity. This role is to support a HNWI who has been instrumental in the medical and charity sectors, as well as promoting ethnic minorities and females in the workspace. You will support the Principal in a business and personal capacity and will be based between her home in Hampstead and office near Bond Street as well as working from home when possible.
Key EA Duties
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Principal's calendar, scheduling all appointments and meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Organise both business and personal travel for the Principal and her family, including booking itineraries and coordinating with drivers.
- Communication Management: Act as the point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Principal
- Document & Records Management: Maintain and secure digital and physical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Expense & Budget Management: Track office-related expenses, process reimbursements, and assist in financial reporting.
- Vendor & Partner Liaison: Coordinate with external advisors and service providers to ensure timely responses and smooth operations.
- Executive management support: Research, Meeting preparation notes, content development and presentations.
- Financial & Asset Management: Oversee personal financial matters, including payments, invoices, and asset performance updates.
- Family & Household Coordination: Liaise with household staff, manage schedules, and handle logistical needs for family events.
- Event Planning: Organise personal gatherings and special occasions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Health & Wellness Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate with wellness providers to support the Principal's goals.
