This is a fabulous opportunity for an exceptional Business & Private PA to support an entrepreneurial female business owner. This role is incredibly varied with the PA working on a 1:1 basis across a range of different tasks to provide exceptional support to an ambitious principal working within the hospitality and real estate industries. The PA will need to be adept to working in a fast-paced environment, capable of juggling many things at once. This is an ideal role for a Business & Private PA who is looking for a long-term opportunity, to grow and develop within a role and build a fantastic working relationship, where the PA can think proactively and can create an environment where everything runs like clockwork.
Day to day PA duties will include, but not limited to; diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments, extensive travel arrangements, organising and implementing systems, gift sourcing, running errands, property refurbishment, and assisting on projects such as branding and marketing.
This role will suit a PA with a creative background/experience as there is the opportunity to get involved in some of the more creative aspects of the business, which will provide great exposure for the successful candidate.
Candidates must have previous experience within a business and private PA role to ensure they can hit the ground running. The PA will need to be highly organised, IT proficient, and have the ability to multitask and prioritise many moving parts. Discretion is also key in this role.
Candidates must have a UK driving licence.
Working hours are 9am-6pm (an element of flexibility will be required when the principal is travelling, but is very respectful of a work-life balance)
Hybrid, working from the company office in West End/Central London and from home
