We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff in delivering high-level administrative and organisational support. Based in Oxford, this is a fast-paced role at the heart of the organisation, ensuring the efficient management of the Principal’s professional commitments and the smooth operation of key private office functions. 

The successful Executive Assistant will manage complex schedules, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and ensure the Principal is fully prepared for meetings and engagements. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in keeping the private office organised, efficient, and responsive and also assist with maintaining financial records, basic budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

The Executive Assistant position requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, absolute discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The ideal Executive Assistant will be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and support senior leadership at the highest level. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and discretion are essential.
