We are seeking an experienced, French speaking Executive Operations Manager to assist the (married) Co-Founders of a successful international hospitality business with their latest business venture.
Supporting in a business focused capacity, but also with some light private duties, key responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Co-Founders, providing typical EA duties such as diary, inbox, travel and admin/correspondence management as well as support with events, project management, change implementation and operations, helping to ensure that the Co-Founders’ priorities are executed, their time strategically protected and optimally utilised.
Liaising heavily with 3 Directors in the US, you need to be happy accommodating to US and European working hours and comfortable working with a later start and finish time, ie. core hours from 10 am to 6 pm, but with OOH flexibility required when needed.
Previous business and private support experience to C Suite level is required. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, professional, proactive, attentive to detail, analytical and assertive (particularly with gatekeeping), possessing advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, and experienced with CRM and project management. Hospitality experience a bonus.
