We are seeking a full-time Business & Private PA/EA to support a successful beauty influencer, specialising in hair and skin care products, with a strong presence on social media and a growing talent management company.
Based initially from the Principal’s home office in West London, but potentially moving to a flexi office space nearby soon, you will be a true right hand support to the Principal, helping to streamline both her business and personal life.
Duties will include extensive email and inbox management, brand liaison, diary coordination, general administrative support, assistance with shoots and events, household management, private errands, some travel arrangement and support with a new property purchase.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated and polished with previous business and private support experience, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and a calm, positive and proactive approach. Experience within beauty or luxury retail would be really advantageous.
