We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for a very well established, family run, boutique property and shipping company.

Based from the office in the heart of London (between Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus), this is a pivotal role supporting a small, collaborative and multicultural team of approximately 8 staff. 

You will ensure the office runs seamlessly while acting as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors, with key responsibilities including;

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations/management
  • Front-of-house duties
  • Administrative support across the business
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and logistics
  • Planning and managing company events
  • Managing corporate hospitality arrangements and ticket allocations

A particularly enjoyable aspect of the role is overseeing hospitality for a private box at Arsenal and premium tickets with Chelsea Football Club.

The client is seeking an experienced Office Manager or Senior Administrator, open to front of house duties, who is professional and polished, highly organised with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, comfortable working in small, friendly but heads down office. The company has a lovely family feel and very low turnover.
