An international market leader in skin protection is seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to support its CEO.
Established nearly 20 years ago, the company has rapidly become one of the UK’s leading pharmaceutical importers and distributors, achieving consistent double-digit growth and market-leading status in recent years.
This is a pivotal, right hand role supporting the CEO in both business and private capacities (approximately 80/20% respectively) and could include some personal travel in the future as the working partnership develops.
Based full-time at the company’s West London office (parking available), with core hours between 8.30 am and 4.30/5 pm, you will be supporting a respectful CEO who is an advocate of healthy work life balance, and there may be some opportunities for remote working after the 6 month probation period and once trust has developed.
The ideal candidate will have proven C-suite level experience, exceptional attention to detail, outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be a canine fan as the CEO brings his dog to work with him!
