We are seeking a confident and professional EA to UK CEO of a well established European founded premier private bank to cover a 12 month Maternity Leave.
Based 4 days a week from a smart office in Central London (Mayfair), on a floor with approximately 50 other staff, you will support a well-respected, highly professional and private CEO, who recently joined the organisation and already making a strong impact on the culture and direction of the business.
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level business support to the CEO, who is mainly UK based, acting as a trusted partner and key point of coordination. Responsibilities will include extensive inbox management, diary coordination, and supporting both client and internal events. You will also act as the CEO’s ambassador within the business — the “eyes and ears” of the office — helping to maintain communication flow, organisation, and culture across the team.
The successful candidate will come from a banking or financial services background, comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment. You will be proactive, confident, and highly discreet, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. Strong inbox management experience, good Excel competency, and an interest in event coordination are key, alongside a polished and professional approach as you will represent the CEO both internally and externally.
The role offers 1 day remote working and a 2 month completion bonus.
