Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all members and visitors
• Onboard and support new members, ensuring a seamless start
• Coordinate and deliver member requests efficiently and thoughtfully
• Organise and host workspace tours, meetings, and events
• Manage meeting room bookings and setups
• Build relationships with local partners, venues, and service providers
• Plan community events and networking opportunities
• Maintain high presentation standards across the workspace
• Respond to feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support reporting, member communications, and concierge systems
