Executive and Personal Assistant - Founder of Fashion Company

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to support an entrepreneurial, creative and dynamic Founder of a sustainable, fashion start up. You will support the Founder in an all encompassing, business and personal support role. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a start-up, creative environment where no two days are the same. Hybrid working but must be flexible to be in the office and go to the Principal's home when needed.  

Key EA Duties 

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Principal's calendar, scheduling all appointments and meetings. 
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise both business and personal travel for the Principal and her family, including booking itineraries and coordinating with drivers. 
  • Inbox Management: screen, flag, draft and reply on Principal's behalf 
  • Communication Management: Act as the point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Principal
  • Document & Records Management: Maintain and secure digital and physical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. 
  • Expense & Budget Management: Track office-related expenses, process reimbursements, and assist in financial reporting. 
  • Vendor & Partner Liaison: Coordinate with external advisors and service providers to ensure timely responses and smooth operations. 
  • Executive management support: Research, Meeting preparation notes, content development and presentations.
  • Financial & Asset Management: Oversee personal financial matters, including payments, invoices, and asset performance updates. 
  • Family & Household Coordination: Liaise with household staff, manage schedules, and handle logistical needs for family events. 
  • Event Planning: Organise personal gatherings and special occasions, ensuring seamless execution. 
  • Health & Wellness Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate with wellness providers to support the Principal's goals.
